No no it isn't Ace....

How have you guys been? I'm busy at uni and playing WoW (yes yes thats right but you guys know how fun MMO's can be). In other news BF2 got a new patch this morning to 1.5. The F35 is better... apparently. You can also prone past claymores and the blackhawk has bigger splash damage again. I havn't playing it with the new patch though.

Anyway I'll try be on here more often

A new BF2 patch hey? who would have thought, probably because BF1943 was delayed till mid 2010 andBF3 is 2011, do pple still play BF2?

So how have you been Fuzzy, I thought you may have gone overseas or something, I was actually talking to overlicker not long ago about yah, hows WoW? any good, I am like Scorpy and holding out for APB.

Yeah I'm not to bad thanks Rev. People still play bf2, although I went to the gamearena site for the first time to see if I could find some old TFA demo files but alas they must have cleaned out their cache there wasn't even any crex ones. The GA forums seem to have new people who I dont recognise but what ever still seems that everyone sucks in bf2 and that all the major clan players just stay in vehicles.

WoW is fun, Blizzard sure know how to make it fun, although somethings can be tedious but thats every game. They release free content, promote fair play and encourage (ingame) social play. On top of that they announced another xpansion pack about 3 weeks ago which is going to add even more content to it.

Scorpy's sold the idea of APB onto you I see. He should be a promoter for the game. I still remember the first time he told me of that game back when bf2 was new and we were in a buggy racing around Zatar wetlands pretending to arrest people. Fun times.

Anyway good to see your fine and still in contact with others like Overlickr, Scorpy, Ace and TheCaptn :P

what are you guys playing these days, if at all?

I finally got the net at home, but everything else strips me of game time. But it would be nice to finally play a game with you guys again, i guess i might have 2 or 3 hours spare on a weekend.. thus far have spent that on BF2 1.5..

I just tossed out my copy of BF2 4 weeks ago doing a spring clean, and what happoens they bring a patch out 2 weeks later wtf, what did they fix? the dreaded memory leak I bet only took them 4 years, any changelog?

I am about to try a MMO again Champion Online, not sure how long that will last, but its something I guess.

Yea supposedly that memory leak was fixed. Updates on rego, which some say is more improved and some say its worse. I think the rego is much better. Now a acuracy penalty when proning so no more insta proning. New maps and stuff. Its pretty good. Rekindled interest for another few months.

Rev if your going to try out a mmo you might as well bite the bullet and play wow. There is a reason why it is so popluar even spanky could vouch for it.

And the bf2 patch is ok, the feature of crawling past clays is pretty funny cause as your doing it some dumbarse is bound to a) spawn on you b) walk past you and trigger it or c) throw a nade at it before stepping infront of if it. All these result in an annoying death for youself. The hit rego is terrible, Great Wall in particular seems to be Famas territory where u either have a famas or ur dead. Choppers still feel like your flying a brick in compared to vanilla which the choppers were fine and SF where they were too slippery.

So when I say its ok the only thing ok about it is the novalty of the game again, everything else is bad.

I cant play WoW Fuzz, I just dont have the time, I would have to play and grind for like 3 expansion packs? with heroes I can just jump in grind a little and then jump out and play it again a week later. BF2 i dont have the game anymore, wish I did I would have like to see who is still playing sharqie 24/7 .

not me

i play all maps these days. Sharqi is still a speciality for me but i do most things these days - i can even keep a plane in the sky for 5+ minutes

i still use the TFA vents too from time to time.
